私の いえの ちかくに、新しい 駅が あります。駅の 出口を 出て、ひだりに あるくと、安い 店が あります。その 店で 入口に 立って いる おじさんは いつも しんせつです。道の むこうにも 大きい 店が あります。そこは 高いですが、いろいろな ものが あります。

Translation (natural)

There's a new station near my house. Take the exit, walk left, and you'll see a cheap shop. The man who stands at the entrance there is always nice. Across the road there's a bigger shop too — pricey, but it has lots of things.
