Explanation
な-adjective て-form is just で (no くて). Used to connect adjectives or clauses.

Common mistakes
✗ しずかくて

くて is for い-adj. な-adj uses just で.

Drop な before で when forming the te-form connector. しずか (na-adj stem) → しずかで (not しずかなで). The な is the noun-modifier marker for na-adjectives BEFORE a noun (しずかな部屋); it must drop in the te-form derivation.
✗ この まちは しずかくて、きれいです。
✓ この まちは しずかで、きれいです。
な-adjective te-form: stem + で (just like the copula). しずか → しずか + で. The form しずかくて wrongly applies い-adj rule. な-adj te-form is identical to nouns + で.
Wrong / corrected pairs
✗ しずかくて きれいです。
✓ しずかで きれいです。
na-Adj te-form is で (not くて, which is for い-Adj).
✗ きれいくて しずかです。
✓ きれいで しずかです。
きれい is na-Adj despite ending in い. Te-form is きれいで.
